Product description

The substructure for plain tile roofs is specifically designed for the installation of photovoltaic systems on traditional tiled roofs with plain tile coverings. This complete system is ideal for the installation of up to 12 solar modules with a total output of approximately 5 kWp.

The mounting solution offers maximum stability and durability thanks to corrosion-resistant aluminum and stainless steel components. Thanks to a sophisticated rail system and height-adjustable roof hooks, flexible adaptation to various roof pitches and tile profiles is possible. The mounting system is wind suction and snow load tested and complies with the latest standards for structural fastening.

A special feature of this substructure is its suitability for listed or visually challenging roofs: The fastening is gentle and does not damage the roof tiles. The pre-assembled rail system ensures quick and secure installation. The system components are designed for a service life of over 25 years and are maintenance-free.

The plain tile substructure is compatible with common module formats (60–120 cells) and is ideal for photovoltaic projects in private residential areas. The system can also be optionally expanded with optimized module clamps for high-performance modules.

Installation may only be carried out by qualified personnel. The load-bearing capacity of the roof structure must be verified on site. All specifications in the project report and the AEROCOMPACT installation instructions must be strictly adhered to. Torque values, anchoring depths, and roof penetrations must be implemented professionally.
