Product description

The substructure for bitumen roofs with 12 PV modules (approx. 5 kWp) is a specially developed mounting solution for the secure and durable attachment of solar modules to bitumen shingle or bitumen membrane roofs. It combines high stability, weather-resistant materials, and a roof-friendly installation.

The construction is based on robust aluminum profiles and stainless steel components that are corrosion-resistant and ideal for outdoor use. Fastening is achieved with special roof hooks or hanger bolts, which are adapted for bitumen surfaces and ensure secure load-bearing – while respecting the roof structure and preventing damage to the waterproofing.

The pre-assembled rail systems enable quick and efficient installation of the 12 modules. The system is suitable for all common PV module sizes (60–120 cells) and can be flexibly adapted to various roof pitches. The aerodynamic design also ensures optimal ventilation behind the modules, which positively influences their performance and service life.

The solution meets all static requirements according to DIN EN 1991 (Eurocode) with regard to snow and wind load zones and is ideally suited for both private and commercial applications.

Compatible with inverters from leading manufacturers such as SMA, Fronius, Kostal, GoodWe, Huawei and Sungrow.

A notice:
The roof structure must be inspected on-site for sufficient load-bearing capacity. Installation is to be carried out exclusively by qualified personnel. All connections must be made with the specified torques (e.g., 15–30 Nm). The reinforced XWS version is available for snow load zones and special roof shapes.
