Product description

The substructure for corrugated asbestos cement roofs with 12 PV modules is a specially developed solution for photovoltaic systems on fiber cement roofs. With a power capacity of approximately 5 kWp, the system is ideal for small to medium-sized systems on residential and outbuildings, stables, or barns.

The mounting system consists of high-quality aluminum profiles and stainless steel screws, ensuring secure and durable fastening. Installation takes place directly on the corrugations of the Eternit panels using specially developed spacers and hanger bolts, which ensure stress-free, gentle fastening. Sealing with gaskets or caps reliably protects against moisture penetration.

The substructure is designed for standard-format solar modules (60–120 cells) and allows for flexible installation in either portrait or landscape format. Thanks to pre-assembled components and precisely fitting rail guides, installation is time-saving and efficient. The system is structurally tested and meets all relevant standards for wind and snow loads according to Eurocode.

Thanks to its sophisticated design, this solution is ideal for older corrugated asbestos roofs (asbestos-free or renovated) with limited load-bearing capacity. The substructure offers maximum stability with minimal weight—ideal for roofs with limited load-bearing capacity.

A notice:
The roof structure must be tested on site for sufficient load-bearing capacity. Installation is carried out by qualified personnel according to Aerocompact specifications. Software-supported planning with AEROTOOL is required for every project.
