Product description

The substructure for plain tile roofs, with 24 modules and a system output of approximately 10 kWp, is a reliable solution for the safe and durable installation of photovoltaic systems on traditional plain tile roofs. It was specifically designed for use in both residential and commercial solar systems.

The mounting system consists of high-quality, corrosion-resistant aluminum rails and rust-proof stainless steel roof hooks. The roof hooks are height-adjustable and ensure precise adjustment to uneven roof surfaces. The fastening is gentle on the roof—without breaking or damaging the delicate plain tiles—while ensuring maximum stability under wind and snow loads.

This substructure is designed for up to 24 solar modules (standard sizes with 60–120 cells) and provides an optimal basis for photovoltaic systems with a total output of approximately 10 kWp. The system is particularly easy to install thanks to pre-assembled components and clearly structured design. It meets all relevant safety and structural standards according to Eurocode.

The solution is also visually impressive: thanks to its adapted design and low installation height, the construction blends unobtrusively into the existing roof pattern – ideal for builders with high aesthetic demands or in listed buildings.

The substructure is compatible with all commercially available photovoltaic modules and inverters. It is the ideal choice for demanding PV projects in the 10 kWp range that require durability, safety, and harmonious roof integration.

Installation may only be carried out by qualified personnel. The load-bearing capacity of the roof structure must be verified on site. All specifications in the project report and the AEROCOMPACT installation instructions must be strictly adhered to. Torque values, anchoring depths, and roof penetrations must be implemented professionally.
