Product description

The substructure for seam roofs with 28 PV modules is the optimal solution for photovoltaic systems with a capacity of approximately 12 kWp. It was specially developed for standing seam, double standing seam, and round seam roofs and enables secure, non-penetrative installation without compromising the roof membrane.

The system is based on durable, weather-resistant aluminum profiles and special seam clamps made of stainless steel or aluminum, which are attached directly to the seam – without drilling or screwing into the roof material. This ensures that the roof waterproofing is fully preserved and the risk of leaks is eliminated. The clamps adapt flexibly to different seam types and heights.

The substructure is suitable for solar modules with 60–120 cells and offers quick and easy installation thanks to pre-assembled components. The system is wind and snow load tested according to Eurocode and designed for long-term, maintenance-free use. The aerodynamic design also ensures high stability and low weight.

With a capacity of up to 28 modules, this solution is ideal for small PV systems on residential buildings, garages, or outbuildings with metal roofs. The discreet mounting technology ensures a clean appearance and harmonious integration into the roof design.

A notice:
Installation may only be carried out by qualified personnel. The structural load-bearing capacity of the roof and building must be checked on site. Compatibility of the clamp types with the existing seam profile must be ensured in advance. For copper roofs, the stainless steel saddle DSA10 is required.
