Product description

The substructure for flat roofs east/west facing with 28 PV modules (approx. 12 kWp) is the ideal solution for maximum space efficiency and consistent power production throughout the day. The system was specifically developed for parallel east and west orientation and is ideal for roofs with limited space or low pitches.

The construction consists of durable, weather-resistant aluminum profiles and stainless steel connectors. It allows for ballasted installation without roof penetration and is particularly suitable for foil, bitumen, and gravel roofs. The symmetrical arrangement ensures optimal roof area utilization, reduced shading, and balanced load distribution.

With a typical module tilt of approximately 10°, the system achieves a good balance between energy yield, wind stability, and aerodynamic performance. The pre-assembled components and the intelligent click system enable quick and easy installation, significantly reducing installation times.

The east/west orientation distributes the generated solar power more evenly throughout the day—ideal for households or businesses with increased power demand in the morning and evening. The system is compatible with all common PV module sizes (60–120 cells) and meets current wind and snow load standards according to DIN EN 1991 (Eurocode).

Compatible with inverters from leading manufacturers such as SMA, Fronius, Kostal, GoodWe, Huawei and Sungrow.

A notice:
Before beginning installation, the structural capacity of the building and roof structure must be checked. Ballasting is performed individually using the AEROTOOL planning tool and depends on the location and wind and snow loads. For regions with particularly high wind or snow loads, we recommend the Alpine or hybrid version.
