The plain tile roof substructure for 28 solar modules is a high-quality mounting system for installing photovoltaic systems with a total output of up to 12 kWp. It was specifically developed for roofs with traditional plain tile roofing and is ideal for demanding residential and commercial roofs.

The system is based on a robust aluminum rail profile combined with height-adjustable stainless steel roof hooks. These enable secure, flexible, and gentle installation without damaging the delicate roof tiles. The entire structure is designed to withstand high wind and snow loads and complies with current Eurocode structural requirements.

The substructure is compatible with modules ranging from 60 to 120 cells and allows for quick and easy installation thanks to pre-assembled components. The clever design reduces installation effort and ensures a permanently stable connection between the roof and the photovoltaic system. The choice of materials guarantees corrosion resistance, durability, and maintenance-free operation – even under demanding weather conditions.

The system's discreet appearance allows for harmonious integration into the roof—particularly advantageous for stylistically sensitive properties or listed buildings. With a capacity of up to 28 modules, this substructure offers an ideal solution for PV systems with approximately 12 kWp output.

Installation may only be carried out by qualified personnel. The load-bearing capacity of the roof structure must be verified on site. All specifications in the project report and the AEROCOMPACT installation instructions must be strictly adhered to. Torque values, anchoring depths, and roof penetrations must be implemented professionally.
