Product description

The substructure for bitumen roofs with 36 PV modules is ideal for photovoltaic systems with a total output of approximately 15 kWp. It was specially developed for flat or slightly pitched roofs with bitumen waterproofing and offers secure, roof-friendly fastening without penetrating the roof membrane.

The system is based on a ballasted mounting frame made of weather-resistant aluminum. The structure is weighted and requires no permanent anchoring, thus fully maintaining the roof's watertightness. Rubber granulate mats at the support points provide additional protection for the roof surface. The aerodynamic design ensures optimal load distribution and wind stability.

The substructure is compatible with standard-format modules (60–120 cells) and, thanks to pre-assembled components, enables particularly quick and easy installation. The system is structurally tested and designed for high wind and snow loads. Depending on the project, it can be delivered with either a south-facing or east-west orientation.

Ideal for residential buildings, carports, garages, or smaller commercial spaces with bitumen or welded membrane waterproofing. With a capacity for up to 36 modules, this solution enables a system output of approximately 15 kWp – efficient, stable, and permanently maintenance-free.

A notice:
The roof structure must be inspected on-site for sufficient load-bearing capacity. Installation is to be carried out exclusively by qualified personnel. All connections must be made with the specified torques (e.g., 15–30 Nm). The reinforced XWS version is available for snow load zones and special roof shapes.
