Product description

The substructure for trapezoidal sheet metal roofs with 36 PV modules is a proven and cost-effective solution for photovoltaic systems with a capacity of approximately 15 kWp. It was specifically developed for industrial, commercial, and private roofs with trapezoidal profiles and impresses with its simple, direct attachment and high stability.

The mounting system consists of robust aluminum profiles that are mounted directly onto the raised ribs of the trapezoidal sheet using special thin-sheet screws or caps. Thanks to the low-penetration fastening and integrated seals, the roof waterproofing remains permanently reliable. The components are designed for durability, are corrosion-resistant, and UV-resistant—ideal for continuous outdoor use.

The substructure is designed for standard solar modules (60–120 cells) and offers simple and time-saving installation thanks to pre-assembled components. It meets all relevant structural requirements according to Eurocode and is wind and snow load tested. Modules can be mounted either horizontally or vertically, depending on the orientation and space available.

With a capacity of 36 modules, the system is ideal for small systems of around 15 kWp – perfectly suited for single-family homes, outbuildings, or smaller commercial roofs with trapezoidal sheeting. The compact design enables efficient use of the available roof space while maintaining high cost-effectiveness.

The load-bearing capacity of the roof structure and module approval must be verified on site. Installation is carried out exclusively by qualified personnel according to Aerocompact specifications. Potential equalization is already integrated in the TLE series and can be optionally expanded with grounding bridges and lightning protection components.
