Product description

The plain tile roof substructure for 36 PV modules is a professional mounting system for photovoltaic systems with a total output of up to 15 kWp. It was specially developed for roofs with plain tile tiles and combines maximum stability with durable quality and roof-friendly installation.

The system consists of corrosion-resistant aluminum mounting rails and adjustable stainless steel roof hooks, allowing flexible adaptation to different roof pitches and tile profiles. The roof hooks allow for attachment without damaging the tiles – ideal for high-quality and listed roofs. The construction is wind and snow load-tested and complies with current Eurocode requirements.

The mounting system is compatible with common module formats (60 to 120 cells) and enables time-saving, easy installation thanks to pre-assembled components. All components are designed for a service life of over 25 years and are maintenance-free – even when used in climatically challenging regions.

Thanks to its sophisticated design, the substructure blends discreetly into the roof and meets the highest standards of functionality and aesthetics. The system size is ideal for large residential buildings, apartment buildings, or smaller commercial businesses that want to achieve a PV output of approximately 15 kWp.

A notice:
Installation may only be carried out by qualified personnel. The load-bearing capacity of the roof structure must be verified on site. All specifications in the project report and the AEROCOMPACT installation instructions must be strictly adhered to. Torque values, anchoring depths, and roof penetrations must be implemented professionally.
