Complete substructure set for PV on tiled roofs | Aerocompact

The complete substructure kit for photovoltaic systems on tiled roofs is based on the high-quality Aerocompact COMPACTPITCH XT-R system and is ideal for fast, secure, and durable PV installation on traditional tile and roof tile surfaces. The complete kit includes all necessary components such as roof hooks with integrated quick-clamping function, height-adjustable base plates with 3-level grids, sturdy mounting rails, click-in module clamps, and optional metal replacement tiles for relief during heavy snow loads.

Thanks to its sophisticated design, high-quality materials (aluminum EN AW 6063 T66 / stainless steel A2-70), and tool-free click-in installation, the system enables precise, single-layer or cross-connected mounting of all common PV modules with frame heights between 30 and 50 mm. It is designed for extreme weather conditions with tested load capacities of up to 6.0 kN/m² (snow) and 2.4 kN/m² (wind).

The waterproof design according to prEN15601, the structural design according to EN 1991-1-4, and the integrated cable management guarantee maximum safety, efficiency, and durability. Ideal for specialist companies, installers, and building owners seeking a well-designed, compatible, and easy-to-install PV substructure system for tiled roofs.
