Aerocompact BTG-450 ballast tray base 450mm

The Aerocompact BTG-450 ballast tray is a key component for the ballasted installation of PV systems with the AEROCOMPACT® system on flat roofs. With a width of 450 mm, it provides the ideal base for the space-saving and even accommodation of ballast weights to increase system stability under wind and snow loads.

Made of high-quality, UV- and weather-resistant plastic, the BTG-450 is particularly robust, durable, and corrosion-free. It is placed directly on the roof substrate and allows for the easy installation of concrete slabs or other ballast materials without damaging the roof membrane.

The ballast tray is perfectly matched to the supporting structure of the Aerocompact substructures and can be seamlessly integrated into the installation concept. It ensures stable load distribution while simultaneously protecting the roof surface with its flat, pressure-distributing support surface.

Ideal for flat roofs with bitumen, foil, or gravel surfaces – especially in regions with increased wind resistance or for roofs without penetration options. The BTG-450 meets all relevant requirements according to DIN EN 1991 (Eurocode) and is designed for permanent outdoor use.
