Aerocompact BTG-900 ballast tray base 900mm

The Aerocompact BTG-900 ballast tray is a large-format base tray for the secure ballasting of PV substructures on flat roofs. With a width of 900 mm, it is ideal for applications with high ballast requirements – for example, in high wind load zones or in exposed locations.

Made of weather-resistant, UV-stable plastic, the BTG-900 offers a durable, corrosion-free solution for distributing concrete slabs or other ballast materials. Its large contact surface ensures optimal pressure distribution across the roof surface and reliably protects sensitive roof waterproofing.

Combined with AEROCOMPACT® mounting systems such as the S_BASE or GS10plus, the ballast tray fits perfectly into the overall system. Easy handling and tool-free placement enable quick installation without penetrating the roof – ideal for bituminous, foil-covered, or gravel roofs.
